Dr. Jeffrey W. Herrold is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as The American Board of Surgery. He is respected among his peers for his knowledge and surgical skills, as well as his patients who appreciate his genuine concern and care before, during and after any procedure.
A member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (www.plasticsurgery.org) and the American College of Surgeons, he also holds membership in the American Society of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery (www.surgery.org) . He attends training seminars and specialty meetings throughout the year to keep abreast of the latest in cutting edge technology and techniques being developed. A graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia with a B.S. in Biology and currently completing her Masters in Public Health Policy/Administration in the Fay W. Bozeman College of Public Health at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Rachel not only manages the business, clinical, and surgical operations, she has the dual role of Patient Coordinator. She brings her creativity, leadership skills and her passion for providing our patients with her extensive knowledge of cosmetic procedures. Rachel has been extensively trained at various Plastic Surgery meetings Nation wide, including those hosted by the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She is also an active member of the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association.
Tara joined AICPS in January, 2000. She received her training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and was employed with St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center before joining our staff. She is responsible for instrumentation, equipment and preparation for our in-clinic surgical procedures. She also assists Dr. Herrold at our local hospital surgical facility.
Tammy has been with AICPS since 1999. She works diligently to obtain authorizations, pre-certifications and referrals from insurance companies and acquires the necessary information about your coverage for filing your insurance. Tammy is also responsible for scheduling patients for both inpatient and outpatient surgeries. Tammy is dedicated and will provide you with the best possible service in handling your account and insurance inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
Ronda has been with AICPS since April, 2002 and has more than 20 years of medical experience. She performs all of our small service procedures, which include laser hair removal, spider vein treatments, MicroLaser peels, Microdermabrasions, Skin Tyte, Chemical Peels and Photo Rejuvenation procedures. She will also assist you in the various lines of exclusive skin care programs we have to offer. She is very knowledgeable and highly trained in laser procedures, as we strive to provide our patients with the utmost in safety and skill that our patients deserve.
Kathleen joined AICPS in January, 2006. She managed a medical/cosmetic surgery practice for 17 years. She brings to our clinic her knowledge and experience in Marketing. Her vision for AICPS is to provide the public with as much information about the services we have to offer, in order for our patients to make an educated and informed decision about cosmetic surgery.
Erin joined our staff in July, 2006. Even though, she is new to the medical field, having been in retail sales, her warm and outgoing personality is instrumental in patient relations. Erin is responsible for coordinating patient flow from the front desk, scheduling your clinic appointments and acquiring the necessary documentation for insurance filing and chart preparation.
Brandi began her career as a respiratory therapist before earning her B.S.N., R.N. from the University of Texas at Tyler. She assists Dr. Herrold in surgery, handles follow-up care for our surgical patients and coordinates clinic days. She has also received specialty training in Botox, as wells as, Restylane, Radiesse, Collagen, and ArteFill dermal fillers. She enjoys working with the patients and strives to make our patients surgery experience as effortless and comfortable as possible.
